Description

A quarter section of Crop Land located in the west of the province of Manitoba, in the RM of Pipestone. Extending in total to 159 or thereabouts, there are some 140+ acres currently cultivated all in a block. The Oxbow Loam to clay Loam soil is well suited to produce a variety of Grain, Oilseed, and/or Pulse crops, with the subject land having a Manitoba Crop Insurance rating of "F". All Offers for the land to be submitted to the Listing Agent by no later than 5:00pm on May 12th, 2026, and will be considered withing 48 hours for the said date, with closing of any accepted Offer to be withing 30 days of Acceptance, or earlier by mutual arrangement.
